MEET THE WORLD'S MOST ACCOMPLISHED COUPLE DANCERS:  CORKY AND SHIRLEY BALLAS, THE WORLD'S

 

Their inspirational force was father and author George C. Ballas, Sr., ( Ballas@hia.net )who is the inventor of the WeedEater and founder of over 100 companies. He was the president of Fred Astair Studios from 1960 to 1964, and founded many of the dance syllabus that are still in use today! George Ballas owned and operated the largest dance studio in the world still unsurpassed today: The Dance City USA Studio, with over 43,000 square feet and 120 dance teachers under one roof. It was by all means one of George Ballas' major achievements.

The magic of this formidable couple cannot be explained nor categorized. They add to their repertoire an infinity of styles, techniques, colors, passion, charisma and inexplicable daring creativity. The world is prettier and the sun shines brighter, when our universe is made out of artists like Corky and Shirley.
