Q: What do you like best in life? Music, chocolate, reading books, shopping.... Alison: Oh God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can you compare Music and chocolate? Chocolate wins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe Sex THEN chocolate THEN music! I adore HARRY POTTER books and all types of Magic! And I adore R and B music! My voice is suited to classical but my heart LOVES R and B! I love to dance also! I was a pro dancer - jazz and African throughout my early career! Q: How about fun, Alison, what do you do for fun? Alison: SLEEP! There is not much time for fun! But in the past, I spend time alone, quiet, reading and go to the sea! I like movies to take the edge off and disco from time to time! Q: Married? Alison: No, going through a divorce! Really awful stuff! I am the pro at trying to get marriage right and NOT succeeding! Many people say I look like Judy Garland but this is my third divorce, I am starting to get up there with her and Elizabeth on husbands!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not my idea of a good time! Q: So, are you dating, now? Who is the lucky one? Alison: Actually, really out of the air and after prayer and dropping the idea of EVER being in a relationship again, I have met a super wonderful guy here in Paris! He is a design artist and restores apartments as well as older pieces of art! I am deeply in love and very grateful for the patience and tenderness he shows me and my daughter! Q: Do you follow fashion? Alison: I make my own! Q: What are the colors of the walls in your Paris apartment? Alison: CHAMPAGNE! Q: Why do you have so much pets at home? Alison: I used to have so many pets because of my 7 year old daughter! And I LOVE animals especially cats and dogs! Now I cannot have lots of animals here in Paris and in an apt to boot! Q: If you were not an opera singer, what would you be doing today? Alison: I would definitely be a movie star! The camera loves me really and I have done opera improvisation on National TV as well as commercials using my voice and my comedy! Q: Why opera and not Jazz or Cabaret? Is it the voice? Alison: I have done Jazz and wrote a ONE WOMAN SHOW that includes ALL of that. But yes it is the voice and how it is made! Opera suites my voice and it LOVES the big sound and the space of the large theatres! Q: Any new tours, concerts? Alison: This Dec through May a tour of my first MERRY WIDOW throughout France! Then a new production of GREEK on TOUR in France, Germany and Madrid. I go to do my Opera show as well in 2005 in the States! Q: What is your idea of the "Perfect Man"? Alison: The one I have now, he is a good listener! The perfect man is the One who is patient and understands the difference between men and women and puts up with that. Physically attentive and I do not just mean SEX! Sex is all the time all day long. But physical contact, kisses, hugs, soft spirit and the biggie for me, a man who believes in and follows God or Spirit. A man who listens to his intuition. Q: Are you dramatic? Romantic? Sensual? Easy Going? Alison: Hell yes I am dramatic! Less so everyday now but very dramatic that is who I am in the world. I have BIG vision and BIG plans and BIG love to go around! I am all the above, really too! VERY sensual but that comes out of LOVE! I am a ball of LOVE. I really adore people; helping them and guiding them and singing for them! That is how I hope I help and heal throughout the world!
